Dozens of investors have submitted proposals to the Aviation Ministry to partner government in the development of various on-ground aviation infrastructures, Ms Cecilia Dapaah, Aviation Minister has said.
“The Aviation Ministry is inundated with various infrastructure proposals and they are carefully being considered”, Ms Dapaah said at the recent maiden African Air Show being held under theme: “Connecting Aviation Professionals Across All Areas Of The Industry With The African Market”.
Over 100 exhibitors from around the world, including aircraft manufacturers, airlines, catering companies, and other service providers in the aviation industry, and over 200 delegates are attending the event.
The African airshow is the first aerospace and aviation exhibition and conference of West Africa and is being organised by Dubai-based 4M Events, organisers of the successful Abu Dhabi Air Expo for the past 3 years. Designed to connect professional across all areas of the industry with the African market, it is directly in line with the government’s vision of making Ghana the aviation hub of West Africa.
